OneStream Sales Director

Henderson Drake is supporting a well-established OneStream partner as they continue to build out their UK sales function. With strong delivery capability already in place, the focus now is on bringing in a Sales Director who can open doors, develop strategic relationships, and convert complex opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating enterprise environments, engaging senior stakeholders, and working closely with consulting teams to win high-value transformation work.
The Role
You will take the lead on revenue growth across the UK, driving new business while expanding key accounts. Working alongside solution and delivery teams, you will position OneStream as a core platform across planning, reporting, and consolidation, helping clients rethink how finance operates.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full sales lifecycle from early engagement through to deal close
* Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Heads of FP&A, and senior IT stakeholders
* Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities across the UK market
* Expand existing client relationships through strategic account development
* Partner with pre-sales and consulting teams to shape strong, tailored proposals
* Act as a trusted advisor, connecting business challenges with EPM solutions
* Contribute to pipeline growth and go-to-market activity
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience selling EPM or enterprise finance solutions/services
* Exposure to platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, Workday Adaptive, BlackLine, Vena, or similar
* Strong track record delivering complex, consultative sales engagements
* Good understanding of planning, consolidation, and performance management
* Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level with a relationship-led approach
