About the Role:
Reporting directly into the Programmatic+ Director, the Programmatic+ Manager will be tasked with leading campaigns across a variety of clients. Working with a talented team, you will be tasked with leading, motivating and making the most of their skills whilst delivering excellence in planning.

1. Oversee the successful end to end delivery of all display activity across multiple DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr and Amazon as well as Managed Service campaigns.
2. Look for ways to improve buying practices to utilise first party data, drive cost efficiencies and utilise buy side features to advance how programmatic technology is used across the team.
3. Deliver best practice brand safety and ad-verification, delivering to target KPI's and building on learnings for the client.
4. Support the Director to deliver trading deals, programmatic and OMG product targets.
5. Work closely with key vendors to ensure the client have priority access to new products, features, beta opportunities and inventory.
6. Provide personal development plans and support for executives of your team; and identify training requirements and areas for capability improvement.
