As a Product designer you understand user and business needs and pain points through research to inform the design process and match with business objectives. Develop user-friendly solutions that align with the product's vision, iterating based on user feedback and work with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions, and ensure alignment between design, user needs, and business goals.
What you'll be doing:
Improve the experience:
Leverage advanced data tools to monitor product performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategic adjustments.
Apply your deep understanding of digital products to introduce impactful changes, whether minor refinements or major enhancements, to elevate the user experience.

Translate customer insights into intuitive, thoughtful design solutions that address pain points and amplify positive experiences.
Conduct thorough user research with a clear methodology, ensuring actionable insights that guide the design process.
Meet the business
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define the core problem, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Establish and refine measurable success metrics, using data-driven methods to track and assess progress.
Articulate your design decisions with clarity and confidence, supported by comprehensive research, data, and logical reasoning.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives to deliver stelar designs.
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to inform your designs.
Create intuitive user interfaces based on user-centered design principles.
Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and usability testing.
Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve design processes.
Knowledge in user research methodologies and techniques.
Knowledge of data tools and how they inform better outcomes.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Expertise in Figma.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Knowledge of UI animations and how to apply them in the right moment of the user journey.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design.
Ability to iterate and adapt designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address design challenges.
Experience creating, maintaining, and improving design systems for consistent and scalable design solutions.
