As a Service Manager at our Balmedie care home, you will play a key role in leading a high-quality care environment where people are supported to live safely, comfortably and with dignity every day. You will hold an SVQ Level 4 in Social Care and a management qualification or be working towards one in line with SSSC requirements. You will be confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office, and able to manage budgets, staffing and operational priorities effectively.
