Overview
We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Long Eaton Day Service.
Long Eaton Day Services specialises in supporting individuals with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, in addition to those with complex health needs, physical disabilities and those with autism. We have a long history of enhancing the quality of life of the individuals who attend the service.
Your day-to-day
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
* Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
* Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical & welfare needs
* Report on medical & welfare needs as required
* Safeguard
* Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
