Job Title: Early Years Practitioner – Level 3

Salary: £90–£110 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

We’re working with a well-regarded nursery in Wakefield that’s looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity in a supportive setting that values consistent care, strong routines, and positive early development.
You’ll be part of a dedicated early years team, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5. Your role will involve supporting learning through play, helping with key observations and planning, and contributing to a calm, well-structured daily routine.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
* Creating engaging learning activities and play opportunities
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Assisting with assessments and contributing to key children’s progress
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Has recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Understands the importance of consistency, communication, and care
* Is reliable, confident, and genuinely passionate about early education
