We are seeking a talented and caring individual to begin or continue a career in Social Care with us. Join our team at Meadowlark Care Home for 33 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred care and support residents with activities that promote meaning and connection.
* Assist with personal care, including hygiene and toileting, following each resident’s care plan.
* Create positive mealtime experiences to enhance nutrition and hydration.
* Plan and participate in person‑centred activities, outings, and events.
* Encourage independence and choice, ensuring residents’ voices are heard in all aspects of care.
* Offer 1:1 meaningful moments and support meaningful activities for residents.
Requirements
* Effective communicator, capable of working well in a multidisciplinary team.
* Alignment with the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.
* SVQ2 qualification is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
