Launch & lead a new Education company
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to set up and run a brand new education company under the umbrella of a well established group.
This is a ground up leadership role with full backing from the group and a generous package including commission and equity options. The company is looking for someone with proven education or training sector experience and the vision to build and scale a successful business.
Key Responsibilities
* Launch and lead a new education or training services company from inception
* Develop and execute a business growth strategy, aligned with group objectives
* Build relationships with schools, colleges, training providers, and other stakeholders
* Lead on service delivery, compliance, and team building as the branch grows
* Identify funding opportunities, tender for contracts, and drive commercial performance
* Report directly into group leadership and shape the future of the education division
What’s on Offer
* Up to £60,000 base salary DOE
* Flat 20% commission on business generated

Ideal Candidate
* Strong leadership experience in the education, training, or tutoring sector
* Proven ability to build or scale a business, preferably in a regulated environment
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of winning business and delivering results
* Familiarity with frameworks, funding models, or government contracts in education
