Let us introduce the role: You will lead and manage Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) resource within Production Quality, delivering to Programmes and working with numerous internal or external stakeholders within their specific area. Successful Candidates will be responsible for: Lead and manage the NDT Development team in the execution of tasks to meet incoming demand. Support NDT staff in their Continued Professional Development. Plan and manage NDT team resource deployed within Product Engineering. Lead duties to support the Safe System of Work for NDT. Ensure delivery to time and quality of NDT technical assessments and inspection results using appropriate methodologies. Engagement with the wider team, relevant AWE stakeholders and other functions to deliver improved output. Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality. Previous experience working in an engineering or similar NDT field. Understanding of NDT and Quality Inspection in the context of Product Engineering.
