Join Our Team as a Café Team Leader
We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Team Leader to join our Café team. In this role, you will support daily operations, lead by example, and help foster an inclusive and energetic environment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring smooth daily operations and safety standards.
2. Maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance.
3. Providing excellent customer service and leading by example.
4. Opening and closing the café in the Manager’s absence.
5. Recognizing and motivating team members.
6. Learning and promoting our menu.
7. Driving sales and operational efficiency.
8. Delivering health, safety, and food safety training.
9. Supporting coaching and development of colleagues.
10. Continuously seeking service improvements.
11. Promoting an inclusive environment where colleagues feel valued and respected.
Requirements:
* Experience in hospitality, with leadership experience preferred.
* Passion for customer service.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety standards.
* Effective communication and multitasking skills.
* Ability to adapt and use initiative.
