We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our well established business.
We are offering a £35,000 basic salary, £41,000 OTE plus company benefits. We are currently closed on weekends, making this role Monday‑Friday and providing genuine work‑life balance.
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Customer service isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Responsibilities include setting customer expectations, keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, upselling additional products and following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Qualifications: Previous customer‑facing service experience is essential. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines. Prior experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade, ideally with a main dealer, is required.
