The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Knottingley area. We are looking for a HGV Class 2 Driver (CAT C) to join the team on a temporary basis for holiday cover.
Details
Hours: Ad-hoc/volume orientated, 7am start time
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour PAYE
Location: Knottingley, WF11
Job Type: Temporary
Responsibilities
* Conduct day runs, Monday to Friday, starting at 0700hrs.
* Perform up to 5 drops daily, delivering packaging products.
* Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations.
* Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach during deliveries.
* Always adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 2 (CAT C) entitlement.
* Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
* New passes welcome to apply.
* No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
* Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
* Full understanding of WTD legislation.
