Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor – Corporate Kensington Village | Corporate Fitness | Permanent | Full time | £27,342 (potential to earn additional through Personal Training) | 40 hours per week (no weekend working)

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our Kensington Village club, you’ll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You’re highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
* Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Core
* Promote and carry out Health Checks, an assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals
* Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities
* Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice
* Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience
You must have a CIMSPA accreditation and hold a relevant personal training certificate to be considered for this position. You also must be able to commute to the W14 postcode and be flexible to work from the hours of 7:00 AM–8:00 PM Monday–Friday.
