Duties
* Manage daily operations of the service department effectively

* Implement processes to enhance departmental performance and profitability
* Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and company policies
* Monitor and control operational budgets and resources
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Manager, Garage Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar within the motor trade
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Passion for high-performance and luxury vehicles
* Excellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly
* Knowledge of automotive management systems is advantageous
