The Safety Engagement Officer role is responsible for delivering operational resilience, incident intervention and park security support when required, while promoting service excellence across the site to all stakeholders. Your duties include (but are not limited to): Carry out internal and external patrols, day and night, ensuring a safe and secure environment, recording maintenance issues, security breaches or unusual occurrences in the Daily Observation Report. Support the leadership of the Security Team to deliver a professional, efficient and approachable security service, whilst maintaining high standards of customer service at all times. Assist in mentoring officers, supporting standards, performance and development. Support effective use of CCTV, access control and associated security systems. Complete relevant records and logbooks professionally, providing sufficient detail and high standards of report writing. Support security planning and delivery for events, high-footfall periods and special operations. Assist with event risk controls, access management and response readiness. Full in-house training will be provided.
