Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage key client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for their operational and sales requirements.
* Develop strategic account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
* Work closely with the technical and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Conduct regular reviews with clients to address concerns and explore upselling opportunities.
* Prepare and issue quotes for hardware and software, liaising directly with vendors and suppliers.
What Experience is Required
* Proven experience in account management or sales within a B2B environment, ideally in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
