To support our growth in catering sales, we are seeking a talented Catering Sales Manager to enhance our sales and build long-lasting customer relationships. We offer potential additional fixed payments for achieving growth targets, which can be discussed at the interview.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new and existing business opportunities within your targeted area.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure profitability.
* Stay informed on market trends and share insights.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
* Act with integrity, champion diversity and inclusion, and adhere to our Business Code of Conduct.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the food/catering sector.
* Understanding of the catering/food service market or willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication skills and active listening.
* Ability to build rapport and adapt to customer needs.
* Willingness to learn about our products, club cards, and rewards.
* Ability to handle objections positively.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team.
* Good commercial awareness to support profitable decisions.
