About the Opportunity
Want your analysis skills to make a real-world impact?
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to help shape and deliver technology that directly supports frontline policing and public safety. Sitting within our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Transformation team, you’ll play a key role in translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose from design through to delivery and testing.
What you’ll do
1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and define technical solutions
2. Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirements through to User Acceptance Testing
3. Contribute to system testing, quality assurance and continuous improvement
4. Help deliver meaningful change across critical policing systems
What we’re looking for
5. Experience in a technical or business analyst role
6. Confidence working with technical requirements, testing and stakeholders
7. A logical, curious mindset with strong communication skills
8. Passion for improving services through technology
