Key Account Specialist - Account Management & Recruitment
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a proactive and organised Key Account Specialist to support the delivery of a key client contract.
This role combines account management, recruitment coordination and compliance oversight, making it ideal for someone with recruitment, workforce or client services experience who thrives in a structured, KPI-driven environment.

The Role
You will support the Branch Manager in delivering high-quality recruitment and workforce solutions while ensuring service excellence, compliance and profitability.
Recruitment & Delivery
7. Source and recruit candidates to meet client requirements
8. Interview, register and onboard workers
9. Ensure full compliance (Eligibility to Work, AWR, EAA, GLAA where applicable)
10. Deliver client-specific inductions/training where required
Client Management
11. Deliver service against agreed SLAs
12. Support manpower planning and workforce reporting
13. Conduct service reviews and satisfaction surveys
14. Respond to client feedback and resolve issues promptly
Worker & Compliance Support
15. Maintain accurate worker records
16. Ensure payroll accuracy and coordinate payroll clinics
17. Provide guidance on absence and performance matters
18. Complete audits and ensure legal and ethical compliance
Essential Criteria
19. Minimum 6 months' experience in recruitment or account management
20. Strong administration and IT skills
21. Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
22. GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
23. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Desirable: Experience in disciplinary/grievance meetings or workforce coordination.
