General Assistant & Content Creator to Amanda Cronin
Part-Time | 14-18 hours per week | Belgravia, London
We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive General Assistant & Content Creator to support Amanda Cronin across her personal brand and businesses.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content creation, who is equally comfortable behind the camera, helping with schedules, and assisting in a fast-paced luxury lifestyle environment.
The successful candidate will report directly to Amanda Cronin and her Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating engaging personal and brand content for TikTok and Instagram
* Filming and photographing Amanda’s day-to-day lifestyle, outfits, beauty routines, and business-related content
* Supporting the management and growth of Amanda’s personal and brand social media accounts
* Assisting with scheduling and diary coordination, particularly during filming periods
* Booking hair, beauty, and glam appointments
* Assisting with brand events, filming days, and occasional external meetings
* Supporting day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks as required
Requirements
* Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, content, and editing
* Confident using a camera and editing videos, tiktoks, reels etc.
* Experience creating luxury lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or personal brand content preferred
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Discreet, professional, and adaptable
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and around filming schedules
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Based in London and happy to travel around London for filming/content purposes
Working Pattern
* 2–3 days per week
* Office-based days, with occasional time spent filming on location around London
