Location: Hybrid – London Bridge office & remote working

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £33,500 FTE

Prospectus is proud to be supporting an education-focused charity who are seeking a Temporary HR and Operations Officer to support the internal HR processes and operational functions. This is a key role providing day-to-day support across HR administration, payroll coordination, and general operations, helping ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support HR processes including onboarding, contracts, leave tracking, and employee queries
* Liaise with payroll providers and ensure accurate data management
* Assist with recruitment coordination and compliance
* Maintain HR records and support reporting
* Provide general operational support across the organisation
* Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration
About You:
* Previous experience in HR administration or operations, ideally within the charity or education sector
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
