Job Summary:
We're looking for go-getters with a knack for sales. Ideally someone with an estate agency or recruitment consultancy background, ready to dive into the world of Mergers & Acquisitions. If you're a star at sealing deals and building client relations, this could be your chance to break into a lucrative field.
What You'll Do:
· Cold & Warm-calling prospective clients, negotiating and delivering offers and deal terms on M&A transactions working within one of the sectors like Wealth Management, Accountancy, and Insurance.
· Organise and manage meetings with both vendors and buyers.
· Organise confidential information and put together executive information memorandums.
· Support one of the directors in managing a deal from start to finish. With time and guidance, the idea is for you to lead these yourself within short order.
· Be the linchpin in client deals, guiding them from the first conversation to signing on completion.
· Soak up top-notch M&A training to sharpen your skills.
· Be professional and credible and learn your market knowledge.
Need to Have:
· Solid track record in estate agency sales/lettings or recruitment consultancy. Other experience within a similar role within sales or deal origination will also be welcome.
· Ace communicator with a talent for negotiation.
· Eager to pivot into the high-reward M&A scene.
