In preparation for a Summer 2026 opening of The New Rolex Boutique in Glasgow, The Watches of Switzerland Group are seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager to support the leadership of the showroom.
Position Overview
The new Deputy Manager will lead the Rolex Certified Pre-owned team offering professional expertise in an elegant setting, one that promotes a sense of harmony, discretion and intimacy with the brand.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Establish a client-centric strategy, to ensure the highest level of customer experience is executed at all times.
2. Coaching and support the team, ensuring client experience expectations are always being delivered.
3. Optimise hospitality, to create unique and memorable client interactions.
4. Develop strong and meaningful relationships with clients.
5. Manage, support and motivate the team.
6. Play an active role on the sales floor to lead the team by example and ensure a welcoming environment in the boutique.
7. Identify efficiencies and enhance best practices.
8. Ensure compliance with all Watches of Switzerland and Rolex procedures.
9. Collaborate with the senior management team to recruit, retain and develop talent.
10. Execute development plans for each employee within your team.
11. Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback, using reward and recognition to improve team engagement and performance.
Role Requirements/Attributes
12. Significant experience in a Retail Management role – ideally within a premium/luxury brand and a passion for watches.
13. Experience in managing and developing a high performing team.
14. Experience selling Pre-Owned pieces would be an advantage
15. Passionate about retail and delivering an exceptional client experience.
16. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
17. Commercially focused.
18. Experience of working with a CRM system.
