The Role
You’ll be a key part of a nurturing school team, supporting teachers and students to create positive, inspiring learning experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
*
Helping students develop confidence, social skills, and independence
*
Creating a calm, structured, and caring classroom environment
*
Building positive relationships with students, becoming a trusted role model
*
Supporting emotional regulation and behavioural needs with patience and understanding

# What We’re Looking For #
We’re searching for individuals who are motivated, caring, and passionate about helping others succeed.
If you have:

A compassionate and proactive attitude

Patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Either experience with SEN or a genuine desire to gain it
Then we’d love to hear from you.
An Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to obtain one will be required.
