\n Maintain good risk management, including up to date business risk profiles and recommend risk-based improvement programmes, consistent with business or wider programmes as appropriate. Ensure HS&E critical controls are identified, managed (including through appropriate maintenance programmes) and effectively assured. \n Lead improvements to process safety by proposing and implementing changes.
