We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Operations Manager, with high standards and a true passion for great food and people, to join our expanding farm-ily!
As one of our Operations Managers, you’ll be responsible for an area of restaurants across London. You’ll be leading, coaching and developing the Management teams within your restaurants. You’ll be commercially astute with great attention to detail and a proven track record of success. Problem-solving will come naturally to you – seeing “opportunities” where others see “problems”. Above all else, you’ll be a natural “People Leader” who acts with integrity, transparency, and consistency.
What you’ll be doing as our Operations Manager:
* Managing, leading and inspiring the Restaurant teams to provide an excellent, high-quality, delicious food and a superb customer service, consistently.
* Develop and implement operations strategies and systems to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor and manage the restaurant's budgets, including labour costs, stock take and expenses.
* Lead, coach, support and motivate your Management teams in the area.
* Develop future leaders, ensuring internal succession to support Farmer J’s UK expansion.
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure all health and safety standards and procedures are maintained according to regulatory requirements.
* Analysing the key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare reports on operational performance, budget, guest satisfaction, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
