IT Support Administrator

Are you an IT Support administrator who enjoys variety, ownership, and getting involved in projects not just tickets?
Were partnering with a growing, multi-site business to recruit an IT Support administrator to support a close-knit IT technical team. This is a hands-on, user-facing role where youll have real autonomy, exposure to infrastructure and data projects, and the chance to make a visible impact across the business.
This is a highly user-facing position where no two days are the same. Youll be the go-to person for colleagues across the business supporting everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to assisting with exciting new IT and data projects.
What youll be doing:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for IT support across three sites and remote users
2. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems including servers, networks, and desktop devices
4. Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, O365, SharePoint, and Exchange users
5. Overseeing data backups, system security, and patch management
6. Supporting data reporting and analytics using tools like PostgreSQL, HFSQL, and MSSQL
