We are about to commence an exciting transformational programme to implement a new suite of people systems across the organisation and are seeking an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of people systems implementation, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the planning, governance and delivery of people systems projects from initiation through to implementation and post‑go‑live review.
* Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map current and future processes, and translate these into system specifications.
* Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and budgets, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timescales and organisational priorities.
* Coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners to support seamless system integration.
* Support change management, testing and user adoption, ensuring systems are compliant, user‑friendly and fit for purpose.
Role details
* Hours: 37 hours a week – Monday to Friday.
* Contract: Fixed‑term 8–10 months.
* Location: East Hoathly 2–3 days per week, remote otherwise.
Qualifications
* Proven experience of delivering HR or people systems implementations, ideally within a multi‑site or national organisation.
* Strong project management capability, with experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
* Demonstrable business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
* Experience working with HR, payroll or workforce systems (e.g. HRIS, ATS, LMS).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a values‑led environment.

Salary
Up to £60,000 per annum (pro rata to length of contract).
