We are seeking a motivated and skilled Application Business Process Officer to help drive forward our programme of digital innovation, process improvement, and technology-enabled change across North Lincolnshire Council. Do you enjoy problem solving, managing systems, and supporting transformation from initial idea through to delivery? As an Application Business Process Officer, you will:• Support the delivery and operation of business applications and technology solutions across NLC and partner organisations.• Review and interpret business processes, carrying out full process mapping to identify improvements and efficiencies.• Contribute to the procurement and implementation of applications ensuring compliance with North Lincolnshire Council Contract Procedure Rules.• Work across the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through to delivery, monitoring, and closure.• Support the creation of business cases, secure and resilient processes and continuity arrangements.• Help deliver software and technology enabled change across the council.• Build effective working relationships with internal teams, partners and software suppliers.
