The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Outbound Sales Manager to join us at a pivotal stage of growth. This is not just another sales role—it's a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and is driven to make a tangible impact.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable outbound sales strategy from scratch, and then building a high-performance Sales Development Representative (SDR) team around it. This is a high-ownership role with significant development and growth potential as Sorbus Finance expands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and optimise a B2B outbound sales process.
* Identify target markets, define outreach strategies, and build effective sales cadences.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs.
* Monitor key sales metrics and provide data-driven insights.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales efforts with business goals.
* Lead by example and foster a results-driven, high-energy team culture.
About You:
* Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector.
* Demonstrated success in building sales strategies and teams from the ground up.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Analytical, data-driven mindset with a relentless focus on results.
