The Role:

If so, we are looking for a Deputy Manager at Candle Lodge Children's Home in Chandlers Ford.

In this challenging, yet extremely rewarding role, you will be working closely with the Registered Manager, residential care practitioners, team supervisors, families and professionals to support children’s social and emotional development, create positive experiences and encourage healthier lifestyles.
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and motivational skills and ability to take on the opportunity to continuously improve the service.
