About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our Business Management department as an Business Administration Assistant. This role will be directly supporting the team’s Product Managers, working across a number vendors to increase sales and market share..

What you will be doing in this role
•Support with the maintenance of price files to catch SOA’s/bid pricing across all brands within the team.
•Provide product training to the wider internal business to support sales across all brands.
•Build relationships with vendor sales teams across the business.
•Work with the Product Manager and wider team to help prepare for QBR’s.
•Work with the Product manager the stock levels, ensuring prompt new orders, reviews of outstanding PO’s and tracking of aged stock.
•Challenge internal/external expectations where necessary on stock provision.
•Support the sales teams with product focused queries.
•Provide general support for internal sales teams/Hotdesking.

•Customer/Vendor engagement and management.
•Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
•Proven negotiation skills.
•Experience solving problems at all levels.
•Strong planning and organisation skills.
