Senior People & Culture Advisor Barnsley Hybrid (4 onsite / 1 home) Up to £40,000 + comprehensive benefits We are supporting a growing manufacturing organisation in Barnsley to appoint a Senior People & Culture Advisor. This is a key, site-based role supporting engineering and operational teams, with regular travel to the North-East twice per month. You will act as a trusted HR partner, managing employee relations cases, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coaching managers across the full employee lifecycle.
