Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant II to provide technical and subject-matter expertise to some of the world’s most innovative, fast-growing companies. You will collaborate with our Sales team to close new business by developing a deep understanding of our clients’ business needs, while ensuring existing customers maximize value by crafting AI-first strategies to be adopted across their organization. You will guide and support customers throughout their entire lifecycle with Ada, from initial engagement as a prospect through implementation and long-term success.
Responsibilities (Outcomes)
* Lead discovery sessions with customers and prospects to uncover requirements and challenges and identify opportunities in their business.
* Utilize knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to address technical questions and provide solutions.
* Deliver concise, compelling, value-based presentations (demos, technical assessments, roadmaps) to all levels of an organization, including C-suite.
* Build custom product demonstrations and sandboxes to capture the long-term value of Ada’s Automation-First strategy.
* Scope and design integrations into customers’ existing technology stack.
* Support pre-sales meeting quarterly revenue goals through closing new business.
* Support customers through implementation and going live with Ada’s product.
* Support post-sales retaining and expanding existing client accounts with quarterly business reviews and upsell opportunities.
* Drive adoption and utilization of the platform, focusing on increasing automated resolutions for existing customers.
* Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Ada’s products and marketing based on feedback.
Note: This is a remote UK-based position.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of strategy/management/technology consulting and/or pre-sales engineering experience.
* Fluent in English and French; Spanish is an asset.
* Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Strong relationship-building skills with technical champions and VP-level stakeholders considered an asset.
* Technically and analytically curious; eager to learn and improve the status quo.
* Reliable, resilient team player with a startup mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Generative AI implementation experience is a strong asset.
