Calling All Qualified Teachers Make a Difference in SEN and Autism!\nAre you a qualified teacher with experience supporting students with SEN and autism? Do you have a passion for helping individuals with learning disabilities and autism reach their full potential? We're looking for dedicated educators to join our team.\n \nIn this rewarding role, you'll teach Functional Skills English and Maths, thoughtfully embedding employability and life skills into your lessons.
You'll work Monday to Friday, 9-5, with dedicated time each week for planning and administrative tasks, ensuring you have the resources and support you need.\n \nOur innovative program blends education with practical work experience, specifically preparing learners for future employment. You'll be based in Ealing, delivering three days of teaching. The remaining two days are allocated for admin, lesson preparation, or liaising with key stakeholders, such as coordinating with employers, families, or the job coaches who support our young people on their placements.\n \nYou must hold either a Level 3 (PTLLS) or a Level 5 (DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent) teaching qualification.\n \nThe salary for a Level 3 teaching qualification is £29,798, and for a Level 5 teaching qualification, it is £32,005 (Building up to £37,891 based on performance).
