Job Purpose
Working as part of the HMP & YOI Stirling’s Finance & Business Team, the post holder will be responsible for providing a high quality administrative service to support the business need.
Responsibilities Undertake a wide range of specific and general administrative tasks, Home Detention Curfew applications and risk assessments. Co-ordinate, attend and take minutes for meetings including but not limited to Integrated Case Management (ICM), Risk Management Team (RMT) and Rostering, ensuring that minutes are accurate and action points are recorded. Required to handle confidential information and follow correct administrative protocols and procedures. Carry out appropriate level of record keeping and filing to ensure secure storage and maintenance of data. You may also be required to carry out picking and tilling in the shopping facility on an ad-hoc basis. A minimum of five National 5 (or equivalent) qualifications, including English and Mathematics or relevant experience gained in a similar role and/or environment.
