Job Advert Operations Coordinator Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Permanent position About Us: ScanTech Offshore Ltd – part of the James Fisher Group, provide an impressive range of rental equipment including air compressors, steam generators and rig cooling services, as well as designing, installing and commissioning bespoke heat suppression safety systems. The Energy Division provides safe, sustainable products and services for two core markets, oil and gas and renewables. The Role: To be responsible for the successful coordination of offshore projects for UK, Africa & Renewables regions. To coordinate all aspects of offshore projects from kick off meeting with sales, through to invoicing. Principle Accountabilities: Line Manager responsibility for UK Offshore team, Clear review, Feedback, Check-Ins and engagement. Focal point for offshore technicians, processing and responding to queries and filtering to Operations Manager, Engineering Team or Equipment Manager as necessary. Personnel forecasting to sales team on monthly and quarterly basis. Achieve at least 50% utilization for UK offshore team on a monthly basis. Focal point regarding personnel in monthly invoice review meetings – ensuring prelim invoices updated and correct, confirming to finance team when something is ready for invoice to reduce accruals. Participate in the on-call rota on a 1 in 3 week basis. Positively engage with company QSHE initiatives. Skills & Experience: Experience in offshore operation role Competent is all aspects of Microsoft Office High level of computer literacy Good knowledge of English grammar Good communication skills Experience with business management systems *This role is to be based at our Great Yarmouth location therefore; you will need to live within a commutable distance to here. *You will also require the right to reside and work in the UK to apply for this position.
