The Role
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with proven experience specifically in architectural wayfinding signage and large format graphics. You'll be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored signage solutions that meet client needs.

Experience of selling signage and wayfinding solution into the following markets would be beneficial but not essential
* Public sector
* Rail
* Airports
* Public realm
* NHS
* Education
* Hospitality
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify new sales opportunities within the signage market and large format graphics
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
* Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotations
* Work with the project team to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards and within the agreed time-frame
* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's continued growth
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales experience within the signage industry and large format graphics
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of signage production processes is a strong advantage
* Comfortable working from either our Chester le Street office, home and visiting client sites regularly
