Role: Part-Time Freelance Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Flexible (some in-person filming required in Brighton)
We're looking for a fast, proactive freelance Social Media & Content Manager to support a founder building a bold, credible personal brand in the space of mental health.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on short-form content creation, editing, and channel management.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit straightforward short-form video content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
* Film content when required (in-person filming essential)
* Write engaging, platform-appropriate captions and copy
* Upload and manage content on a content back
* Maintain a consistent posting rhythm across social platforms
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets, carousels and stills
* Use AI tools to improve efficiency (editing, ideation, clipping, captions, workflow)
Requirements
* Strong short-form video editing skills
* Creative thinking and approach
* Confident filming on iPhone / simple kit setup
* Comfortable managing social channels end-to-end
* Fast turnaround and able to work at pace
* Strong instinct for what performs on social
* Confident using AI tools to speed up production and workflow
* Self-sufficient, organised, and responsive
* Available to start immediately
Ideal Profile
* Experience supporting founders or personal brands
* Understands how to talk about mental health sensitively
* Happy working independently
* Interested in content that challenges thinking and sparks conversation

Pay: From £12.73 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 16 per week
