Your new companyHays is working with a leading UK-based family-owned construction and property services group. This organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors. As the SHE Advisor, you will:
* Champion SHE best practice across multiple projects - supporting, coaching and advising teams on site.
* Conduct visits and reviews, identifying risk and influencing safe behaviours.
* Lead investigations, support RAMS reviews, and ensure incident reporting is timely and meaningful.
* Influence early-stage design and bid activity, driving risk awareness from the ground up.
* Collaborate with supply chain partners to embed internal SHE standards.
* Share insight, innovation and learning across the business to help us continually raise the bar.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience working on large-scale projects
* Preferably working or worked for a Tier 1 contractor
* NEBOSH Certificate (General or preferably Construction)
* IOSH Member
* Valid UK driving licence
