We currently have an exciting opportunity with a Housing organisation for a Senior Subcontractor Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. * Manage and coordinate subcontractor-delivered work across Responsive and Voids repairs.
* Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal departments.
* Monitor subcontractor performance using data reporting and KPI tracking.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety, SLAs, and commercial agreements.
* Support delivery of site inductions, manage administrative teams, and lead on asbestos/fire risk works.
Requirements for Senior Subcontractor Coordinator:
1. Previous experience in a social housing repairs/voids environment.
2. Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in Excel and housing job management systems.
4. Proven experience implementing service improvements and managing change.
