SEN Teaching Assistant needed in North Manchester!

The basics:
* SEN Teaching at special needs schools in North Manchester for children with Autism & Complex Needs.
* Starting ASAP
* Contract: Full time & long term.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm.
* Pay: £95–105 per day (DOE), paid PAYE.
* Equal pay to perm staff from 13th week onwards.
* Referral Scheme paying £100 for successful referrals*
What you’ll do:
* Provide one-on-one and small-group support to primary-aged pupils with Autism & Complex Needs.
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of additional activities and tasks.
* Provide interventions in communication and numeracy & literacy when required.
* Build strong relationships to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
* Help children develop social skills, emotional resilience, and confidence.
* Work closely with teachers, families, and external professionals to ensure pupils get the tailored support they need.
