An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to help clients at risk of homelessness or living in unsuitable accommodation. We are seeking front line Housing Solutions Advisors to join a team that makes a difference and transforms lives.
Role Overview
The primary role of the Housing Solutions Advisor is to undertake homeless assessments and process applications to the Authority's Common Housing Register. The key objective is to prevent homelessness by producing innovative solutions to help clients remain in their homes or find alternative accommodation.
Candidate Profile
An effective Housing Solutions Advisor will have experience managing complex and detailed casework, including homelessness prevention, legislation, and making enquiries and legal decisions in line with statutory duties of a local authority.

Working as part of a busy team, you will need to plan and prioritize work to deliver a high-quality housing service. You will collaborate with partner agencies to prevent homelessness and reduce reliance on temporary accommodation.
