Job Description
* Leading and managing technology projects within the not-for-profit sector.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
* Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments.
* Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Identifying and managing project risks.
* Communicating regularly with stakeholders about project status.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
* Upholding the organization's values and mission throughout all projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Project Manager should have:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Technology.
* A professional certification in Project Management.
* Proven experience in managing technology projects.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile delivery models) and confidence managing both technical and non-technical delivery.
* A commitment to the not-for-profit sector and a passion for making a difference.
