Sytner Nottingham is looking for an Accounts Assistant.
Your role
As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including managing sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with other ad-hoc duties as required.
Sytner Accounts Assistants work a flexible schedule from Mondays to Fridays, which may occasionally include weekends to ensure high levels of customer service.
Your profile
Previous experience with accounting routines such as stock checks and month-end reconciliations is essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not required.
Ideally, you are enthusiastic, well-organized, diligent, and capable of working under strict deadlines while paying attention to detail. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
