What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Site Engineer you’ll gain hands‑on experience in piling, ground improvement, and delivering complex ground‑engineering solutions, supporting site activities through setting‑out, quality checks, safety processes, and helping ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to the required standards.
Who we’re looking for
For Graduates with a degree in a Civil or Structural Engineering field, our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role. Please note that as this role may require travel to site you must hold a full UK driver’s license before joining Balfour Beatty.
