Well-regarded Commercial Real Estate team in Reading is looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate lawyer of 0 to 4 years’ PQE to join their growing team. The team is the one of the largest in the South-East outside of London and prides itself on providing City quality work. The team handles a wide variety of property transactions including: • the acquisition and disposal of interests in real estate on individual sites and property portfolios; • planning; • environment; • construction work; • landlord and tenant matters; • taxation and finance issues. You’ll be joining a team which handles a wide range of property transactions and advice including: • office, industrial and retail lettings; • large residential developments; • investment property; • secured lending and agricultural/ rural estates work. Acting for: • owners and occupiers • sellers and purchasers • financial institutions You need not have experience of all these areas to apply but we’d be interested to hear about your skills and where your interests lie in the Commercial Real Estate arena.
