As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor at Senior or Associate level to join their Kent office.
The Role
This is a varied position covering both professional and project work across commercial, residential, and education sectors. You’ll lead client relationships, deliver technical advice, manage project teams, and play a key role in developing business within the region. Typical work includes:
* Project management from inception to completion
* Contract administration and project delivery
* Dilapidations, technical due diligence, and defect analysis
* Party wall and general professional instructions
You’ll be joining a collaborative, well-respected team with a strong client base and an impressive pipeline of work. The firm offers genuine autonomy, flexible working, and clear scope for progression.
About You
* MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling both project and professional instructions
* Proven ability to manage clients and mentor junior surveyors
* Commercially minded, with an interest in helping to grow the business
