We’re delighted to be working with a leading Legal 500 firm specialising in Court of Protection work. As the team continues to grow, they’re looking for a dedicated Solicitor to join their highly respected department.
You’ll handle a diverse Court of Protection caseload and work closely with clients, families, and professional networks to deliver exceptional support. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career in a progressive and supportive environment.
The Candidate
* Court of Protection Solicitor with 0-4 year of post-qualification experience gained in Court of Protection
* Private Client or Personal Injury experience would be advantageous
* Highly Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge and strong financial acumen
* Proven ability to navigate complex legal matters and manage high-value cases
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organisation and time‑management skills
* Ability to show business development
* Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
