LiveWest is looking for a Fire Safety Compliance Coordinator to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of our safety work — helping to ensure our homes remain safe, compliant and well managed.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain Accurate Records: Administer and maintain both electronic and manual records to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
* Coordination of works: Planning of works using the scheduling systems for operatives’ diaries.
* Process Adherence: Ensure all relevant processes and procedures are followed meticulously to meet our compliance standards.
* Risk Analysis: Analyse data to identify and resolve potential risks to the business, ensuring the safety of our customers.
* Effective Communication: Handle communications with customers, especially in challenging situations, to provide clear and professional support.
* Collaborative Work: Work collaboratively across the business to establish and maintain effective working relationships, contributing to our overall objectives.
About the Candidate
* Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas).
* Planning experience.
* Experience of using information systems and databases.
* Pro‑active attitude with ability to make measured decisions based on own initiative.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and persevere to ensure issues are handled and concluded in a timely manner.
* Demonstrates behaviours that support delivery of great customer service.
